Hi. I think you may have been using "rmm" instead of "rm".
May I suggest that you use delete and expunge instead of rm? These are
described at http://web.mit.edu/answers/unix/unix_delete.html
I also suggest that you use OLC to discuss how to take care of your account.
Sending email when you are over quota makes it a bit hard for us to reply.
