I get tired of repeating "This isn't supported" as well, but it *isn't.* I
mean, we've known that Netscape's mail doesn't always get along with our
inbox/incorporate methods since Day One. We debated removing it - just
going with the Navigator version of Netscape - but some people do use it,
without problems, and not always for MIT mail. For example, I check my MIT
mail in pine. I use Netscape to check my personal mail - POP boxes on a
local ISP. (Netscape likes POP mail a lot more than our method.)
That said, I have never looked inside netscape-movemail and I don't know
if we can modify it to make it a little more bulletproof, but I agree that
it's a worthy goal if it can be done. I'll put that on my list.
Your other comments (about future relationships with Netscape) are really
another discussion, and I've sent them "under separate cover" so they
won't be archived in this thread.
