Updating multiple minor verions in one step is not some things that
athena supports (eg 8.0 directly to 8.2). We should fix getcluster to
return the oldest available packs that are newer than the current
packs whne it is time to update, rather than always returning the
newest packs. This will only help really out-of-date workstations,
but we occasionally run accross a machine that's been stuck in the
middle of an update for years (literally). I'm sending this rather
than submitting a patch because I don't have time to deal right now,
and am hoping someone else will.
