Generally Athena has supported non-mit.edu Athena machines. If we
can't do that with the main MIT mailhubs, then we might want to
investigate having a mail hub for Athena workstations which are not in
mit.edu, either by having each machine be its own hub, or by having a
more centrally administered alternative. I'm not sure though.
