Program with which you had the problem:
	attach
Name of person who discovered the bug: Ed Moriarty
Their MIT phone number: 253 0958
Their MIT address: 35 - 4??
Their Athena Login ID: mory
Name of person reporting bug: Craig Hicks
------------------------------------------------------------------------
A brief synopsis of the problem:
If one person has logged in at a work station and attached a directory
with attach -n, and another person logs in and wants to attach without
the -n option, s/he is overridden.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please describe the problem in detail (mention any necessary files or
commands that may be involved, on which machine the bug happened, and what
the program did that was wrong):
when 2 people are logged in at the same workstation, neither
can detach a directory.
If attach -n has been used to attach a group directory, only the
creator of the top level directory can write at all. Furthermore, s/he can
only write to those directories that s/he has created.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Repeat by (please enter a set of commands which will allow us to
repeat the bug):
1 person logs in remotely to a workstation and attaches a group
directory of which s/he is owner. Attach with -n optyion.
Next person logs on to machine and tries to attach same group
directory. Should say 'already attached'. Now thaty second person cannot
write to group directory.

Fix (if you know what it is):
