/usr/local/lib/gnuplot.gih: No such file or directory
What should have happened:
I should have gotten help :-)
There is a gnuplot.gih in /mit/gnu/share. strings indicates
that the /usr/local path is in the binary... looks like
the Makefile.in is at fault:
/mit/gnu/src/g/gnuplot-3.5/Makefile.in has:
prefix = /usr/local
exec_prefix = $(prefix)
bindir = $(exec_prefix)/bin
datadir = $(prefix)/lib
mandir = $(prefix)/man/man1
