What were you trying to do?
Log in to a machine with NFS filesystem mounted from a host
that has gone down.
What's wrong:
quota spends a long time trying to contact the down server.
What should have happened:
it should time out quickly

I'm submitting this bug report in the hopes that someone who
knows sunrpc can suggest a reasonable fix.
