Mosaic is unsupported in the infoagents locker as of this summer. You
should have seen a message informing you of that; frankly, I'm not sure
how those tarfiles got there, but they're not supposed to be there.
You should be able to find an (unsupported) version of Mosaic in the
outland locker.
