xterm tek mode

I'm not sure if this in known, so I'm reporting it.

If the xterm*geometry resource is specified (at least as =80x24),
selecting tek mode (either with -t in the command line, or from the
menu, or with an escape sequence) crashes the xterm.

I have not had any problem if xterm*tekGeometry is set to just about
anything.

From the xterm man page:

     geometry (class Geometry)
             Specifies the prefered size and position of the
             VT102 window.

     tekGeometry (class Geometry)
             Specifies the prefered size and position of the Tek-
             tronix window.

So they should not affect the other type of emulation.  This is
nowhere in the xterm man page.

Hope this makes up for previously buggy bugreports...
