/mit/infoagents/README.athena is in HTML, and relatively dense HTML at
that. README files are traditionally meant to be read with such
browsers as "more", "less", and "cat", which do not currently have the
ability to display HTML. Even if you assume users will adopt
different habits when reading that file in the infoagents locker, a
user reading the README.athena file may be interested in reporting a
bug which makes it impossible to run the various HTML-reading agents
in the locker.
Please rewrite the README.athena file in plain text.
