Yup, that's a bug. It crept in because the krb4 compatibility code in
krb5 isn't totally compatible; specifically, the meaning of one of the
arguments to des_read_pw_string() changed.
We'll fix it for the next patch release (not the one coming out
Monday, but one coming out some time after that).
