The reason olcd was not installed last term because the version was so old,
it was useless. It's easier for a one man team to be able to work out of
sync wrt release schedules. I'm sure once the sources stabilize, the necessary
components of the olc system will be installed once again so that olc servers
can sprout without my attention.
