Jonathon and I both experimented some with this and came to these
conclusions:
1) This behavior is not new: 8.1 and 8.2 at least behave the same way.
2) attach and fsid are both doing what they're supposed to do, but it
seems that getting knfs authentication at any time other than when you
first mount the locker does not reliably work. This might have
something to do with doing NFS over TCP instead of UDP, such that the
authentication doesn't affect the existing TCP connection.

It's explicitly not supposed to do that, since you might still be
talking to other lockers on nessus.
