Yesterday we added a check to the 'netscape' launch script which checks
for available disk quota, as Netscape will not run properly when zero
quota is available. That check uses 'fs lq' to get quota figures from your
HOME directory. It wasn't set up to deal with the idea that your home
directory isn't in an AFS volume. I'll find a way around this ASAP. Stay
tuned.
