System name: paddington.mit.edu
Type and version:	IP22 8.3.13 (with mkserv)
Display type: NG1

Shell: /bin/athena/tcsh
Window manager: twm

What were you trying to do?
	Use xss-button screen saver program

What's wrong:
It seems to log things to the parent tty like:
	"/usr/athena/bin/xss-command: activating and locking."
When I start the screensaver inside my .startup.X,
the console window pops up each time I use the
	screen saver.

What should have happened:
The screen saver program shouldn't be logging mundane
	events anywhere.

Please describe any relevant documentation references:
I tried the "-silent" command line option to
	no avail.
