Are the following csh features documented anywhere (other than
the source code)?
list_keymap, set_keymap, create_keymap and delete_keymap
%-sequences
New editing functions
History timestamp
The alias precmd
The release notes don't count as documentation, either. (Not for new
users, anyway.)

These features can be found in the tcsh(1) manual page along with
other information. This is because /bin/csh is really tcsh. Perhaps,
since this is the case, the csh manual page should mention something
about tcsh. It should at least be int he SEE ALSO section at the end
of the manual page. I'll send a copy of this to "bugs".
