I'm not actually sure that this ever worked, but I think that it
did. Even if it never did, it should.
If you are on the right acl, you can do:
forward username
(where username is the name of someone whose question currently has a
consultant attached to it)
and that forwards the question back into the queue, just like if the
connected consultant had done it.
I think you should also be able to do something like:
forward username -s pickup
to move a question from the pending queue to the pickup queue, even if
no other consultant is connected to it. When I tried that, though, I
got "You have no question to forward."
In the meantime, you can get around it by grabbing the question and
then forwarding it. However, if the user is logged in, he'll be
notified for both the grab and the forward, so you also need to send
him a message explaining what's going on.
