olc weirdness -- "comment by user"

Hi!
This is kind of a multi-part weirdness.
The first is that jhawk made a comment in a log, and instead of it
saying it was from his consultant title, it said it was from "user
jhawk". I checked his acls in olc and he has all the right ones; I
also checked some random users to make sure that everyone didn't have
gcomment access or something, and they don't. jhawk tested and random
users don't seem to be able to comment, but if he's asking a question
his user instance can comment.
(mostly just for Oliver and Laura, unless someone else knows something
about this) The second is that his title used to be
volunteer_consultant, and it was just plain consultant now. I checked
in the database and with dbinfo, and they both said consultant. I'm
not sure how or when someone changed it, but I made him
volunteer_consultant and moved him to the "SIPB volunteer" section. He
thought it might have happened around the time I gave all the
directors titles, but I don't remember making any changes like that
(and don't know why I would have).
