8.2.19: new ultra5 misbehavior

The files below are screen shots of a problem brought to my attention
last week, as I think this report needs visual aids. The behavior
occurs on Ultra 5s running 8.2.19, but not under 8.2.17; it doesn't
happen on afb or ffb machines.
What happens: horizontal striping and color bleeding across certain
pages in Netscape; sometimes when the page first loads, more generally
when using the scrollbar. Reloading or iconfiying/deiconifying the
window clears it up until the next scroll or two. I've reproduced it
from a clean test account on Ultra 5s with both 2M and 4M of SGRAM.
