Howdy Web Gods,

I should have reported this long ago, but here we go:

Ever since the last Athena release (it seems to me), I have regularly
caused my machine to freeze up while using Netscape. It seems to take place
while I'm navigating (e.g., using the Back button), though I can't be quite
sure since I have to reboot when the problem happens, so I've shied away from
"testing" when exactly it occurs... It might not have to do with back at all,
but instead relate to loading graphics. The symptom is that the mouse pointer
changes from pointing up-and-left to pointing up-and-right and the mouse and
keyboard are frozen. It's interesting because the screen itself isn't exactly
frozen, since new zephyrgrams can still pop up... Instead, Netscape has siezed
the control and won't give it back.

There is hardly a day when this doesn't happen. It is NOT a rare occurrence.

Are you guys aware of this problem, or am I an isolated case?
Is there a workaround? Is there at least a way to kill off Netscape
(I hate having to reboot each time)? Do you want to come by and test for
yourself?

This was happening even before 4.05 became the Athena default.

I'm on an SGI by the way.
