Hello.
We were not experiencing general problems with matlab at the time you
submitted your bug report, so here are a few questions we'll need you
to answer if you're still having problems:
1. Have you tried matlab on other machines besides etna? If it's
failing everywhere you try it, have you tried logging in without
customizations?
2. Are you using any customized matlab startup scripts or environment
variables? If so, have you changed anything since the last time you
successfully ran matlab?
