I'm not really sure this is a bug, and I expect it's pretty well
understood, but it seems like buggy behavior, and thus may as well be
reported (IMO)
the athena sshd will only get me tickets if I use passwd
authentication or forwarded krb5 tickets. It seems far too easy to
become connected without tickets/tokens.
