Hi Oliver,
This is a known problem- see the end of
/mit/workshop_v2.0/README.athena for info on how to fix it. I beieve
it's due to a corrupt local configuration file. For a while I thought
it had gone away after I had changed some file permissions.
It seems to happen erratically and I'm not sure what triggers it. I think it
might happen if you launch it, and start making menu selections before it has
fully initilized, but I'm not certain. Can you experiment and see if you can
confirm or refute this?
I' d especially like to know if it ever shows up if you always let it fully
initilize before pulling down menu choices, or if thre is any way to always
trigger it.
If users are reporting this then I should put a warning in a cookie message.
Have you been getting user complaints?
I already reported this to Sun, a long time ago, but they weren't too
interested, especially since it doesn't seem to be reproducible...
