In the ICCC you're allowed to specify a window to be displayed as an
icon by the window manager for when the real window is iconified.
This is that window.
It's used to implement the feature where if you don't have the console
set to auto-deiconify whenever there is new text output, it blinks the
icon instead so that you still know it has something to say.
