I've changed the 'netscape' wrapper itself to provide clearer text in the
cache warning, as below.
In the near future, i.e. after we come back from the long weekend, I will
probably alter 'netscape-fix' to do the rm'ing, and give the user a chance
to cancel out before the rm, as has been suggested by rbasch.
