olcd hung

So about 11:45 olcd was not allowing connections, and i logged in
to matisse to take a look at what was going on. Trus revealed that it was
simply waiting on a read request and sleeping. I got a gcore of it
in /u1/olc. I then tried to get a list of currently open files and the ones
that seemed to stick out were
olcd 8112 root 6u inet 0xf5a5aab0 0t0 TCP *:olc-locking
olcd 8112 root 41u inet 0xf5ed4910 0t440 TCP matisse.MIT.EDU:olc-locking->QUICKSILVER.MIT.EDU:28903
everything else was the cwd and libraries. So after that mouse asked
rebecca to kick olcd, and she said she did, but olcd was still not
taking connections. I gave in and finally had to kill it on the server and
restart it, and its now back in service. Ahh its good thave matisse around,
life would be so dull without the wonderful suprises that it adds to
our daily lives :)
