I need more information. I'm assuming you use one machine consistently;
I need to know what kind of hardware that is, how much physical memory
you have, how many other things you're trying to run at the same time,
et cetera. 'sysinfo' will give you the physical data on your machine.

If you are NOT using one machine regularly, i.e. if this happens on
several different types of hardware for you, it's probably a corrupt
address book file.
