Hello!
Recently, I have noticed many accounts getting created with no
prototype files. I recall this happening as long as three monthes ago,
but at that time I thought it was a one time occurence. Since then, I
have seen three other occurances of this. The problem seems to have
increased with the network difficulties. I have seen two since IAP
started. I'm sorry I can't give any more details, as I can't recreate
the bug.
