imgview assumes that the system is running the standard IRIX
printing system, and invokes the lpstat command to obtain a
list of known printers. The lpstat command knows nothing about
the Athena printing system, and so returns an empty list.
Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any way to customize this
behavior for our environment. The only workaround (an admittedly
poor one) would be to save the image to a file, and convert it to
PostScript for printing.
