latex2html broken

I tried to run "latex2html manual.tex" in
/afs/sipb/project/doc/office-manual. Most of the document is missing
from the resulting output. You can look in the subdirectory
./HTML/manual/ of that directory for the output from a prior run from
early september, and in ./manual/ for the output from a run a few
minutes ago.
I'm told that latex2html was broken before, and was fixed. Can you
fix it again? Thanks.
