What's wrong:
So far, three copies appear to have been distributed.
(See bugs transactions [16384], [16385], and [16386].)
Alas, the bugs dsmail alias doesn't keep headers, so
I can't see if they have the same message ID, but
they all have the same timestamp on them. (The
delivery times were substantially different, however.)
What should have happened:
Only one copy should have been delivered.
