Sorry if I was unclear. zctl ret will tell you whether you have
subscriptions, but it will not tell you if po9 is actually sending
notifications.
As I mentioned, mail notification has been turned off on po9 a lot
recently for load reasons. Right now, for instance, notification is
turned off. The po servers are run by the network group; if you like,
I can forward your message to them, but I don't think they consider
zephyr notification of mail to be a high-availability service.
