problem with authentication

Hello, my name is Cathy Dacpano.
I was just trying to modify my profile on the user Wax 500 directory at
the University of Michigan.
I'm able to modify it, but when I go to save it, the system takes my
kerberos, but not my password. It tells me that the ticket initiation
failed. It says unknown error.
Please help!
