Another problem with using the "Z" option to compress the log is that
/usr/ucb/compress isn't always present (because the workstation may not
be activiated) when newsyslog is run. newsyslog should be changed to
accept an option specifying where to find compress, defaulting to
/usr/ucb/compress.
