I've looked at your Autocad bug report:

I can't reproduce the problem- I select Settings -> Object Snap and it
runs ddosnap:
Command: 'ddosnap
Initializing... DDOSNAP loaded.
Do you see the problem on other machines? Can you reproduce it?
