Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
this code cores emacs19:
(vconcat (make-bool-vector 4 t) (make-bool-vector 4 nil))
it seems to be able to scribble over buffers, even. the first time i
did this, one of my auto-saves was full of repeating garbage.
