What were you trying to do?
Run the default matlab version or version 5.1 on a Linux machine.
What's wrong:
matlab and matlab -ver 5.1 both seg fault
matlab -ver 5.2 works fine
What should have happened:
the previous versions should have started up, as early as last week
matlab -ver 5.1 worked fine.
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
looks like someone just recently added the version 5.2 of the
software, so perhaps that has something to do with the previous
versions failing to work now.
