So I suspect this is a known bug, but I thought I'd mention it, since
I don't see it in any of the logs for a couple years back:
When a consultant connected to someone logs out, the user gets put in
pending. If they log back in after that, eolcr thinks they're
connected but olcr doesn't (I think) so that another consultant
grabbing it from pending doesn't work, and the original consultant
trying to forward it also doesn't work. Grabbing it in olcr itself
does work, though.
