Type and version:	SPARC/4 8.1.16
Display type: cgthree

On sun athena terminals, shift-escape-escape locks up
my keyboard nicely. xterm and netscape are the ones it's
happened on so far, but I expect it would happen on
other applications as well. My mouse can still click and
highlight windows, click the logout button, etc, but the
keyboard input is ignored.

I'm using mwm with no config files (f2 on login). I get
the feeling that it might be some sort of flow control
'feature' that could be reversed somehow.

When I enable the 'secure keyboard' option on my xterm,
the mwm menu is disabled (or at least, shift-escape doesn't
pop it up). But when I disable the 'secure keyboard' option,
the old behavior resumes.

yandros suggested I file a bug report, so...
