we want to redirect it to this list only. if the people reading this
list determine that a problem is a *real* saber bug as opposed to a
configuration bug (our fault) or operator error (user's fault) then we
can forward it on to their gripe mailbox.
we *can* create a "bug-saber" which points to their bug mailbox.
does this sound right? discussion in rel-eng, please.
