What were you trying to do?
Save a plot as a gif file.
What's wrong:
SGI symlinks appear to be broken.
>> print -dgif8 oxygen.gif
/mit/matlab_v4.2/distrib/ghostscript/bin/sgi/gs: Command not found.
??? Error using ==> print
GhostScript returned nonzero error status
What should have happened:
It should have saved the gif file. This works on Suns.
