Brett and I were talking and decided life would be easier if we made
Emacs OLCR be stored under CVS. So I did. The repository is in
	/afs/athena.mit.edu/astaff/project/eolcdev/Cvs
and the module is named "Emacs".

Currently, the contents of ~eolcdev/Emacs19 is stored on the main
branch, while the development version is going to be checked into the
branch named "Emacs19-updates". (In the future, this should probably
be either the development version number or the next "public" version
number, but I can't remember how to spell "3_4T-19.1". =P I guess I
just should have used "3_5"...)

I have not yet replaced ~eolcdev/Emacs19 with the main-trunk tree from
CVS, but I may do it as soon as I get the symlinks in the tree to be
updated from CVS data. This is expected to be completely transparent
to the users.
