What were you trying to do?
deactivate user account manually in moira.
What's wrong:
for new user accounts, no user group list exists. the deactivate
function in moira expects a group and a filesystem to exist, if you
tell it to also deactivate the group and filesystem. when it finds
no group, it gives an error and leaves the filesystem active.
What should have happened:
it should deactivate the filesystem, even though no group exists.
