There have been a few questions in OLC recently about user's not being
able to send mail from some workstations:

ied
send: message not delivered to anyone
This occurred on m66-080-18, here are its permissions:
ls -la /usr/spool/mqueue
total 2
drwxr-xr-x 2 root sys 512 Jan 15 04:21 .
drwxr-xr-x 12 root sys 512 Jun 5 1997 ..
and a df on that machine:

Those all seem fine, (the perms are the same as this SGI, and it sends
mail fine) and a reboot of the workstation doesn't fix the problem. Is
there any reason for this, or is it just random?
