I've been looking into your bug report:

I can't reproduce this. Is there anything out of the ordinary about this
machine or your operating configuration (i.e. your dotfiles?). Are you
using a Window Manager other than the Athena default (mwm for Suns)?
Do you see it on other machines or just this one? I can't report this to
the vendor unless I can recreate it.
