| It appears that it takes XXX seconds to for afs to timeout per-cell.

| The following cells appear to be referenced in root.afs without entries
| in the CellServDB:

| ibm.uk
| mathematik-cip.uni-stuttgart.de
| umr.edu
| urz.uni-magdeburg.de
| wu-wien.ac.at

Sorry, this section was the victim of, err, failed edits.
"XXX seconds" should be "58 seconds".
The list of bogus root.afs mountpoints was partial, the complete list is:
/afs/asu.edu
/afs/rhic
/afs/cheme.cmu.edu
/afs/desy.de
/afs/stars.com
/afs/ifh.de
/afs/mtxinu.com
/afs/isl.ntt.jp
/afs/mathematik-cip.uni-stuttgart.de
/afs/umr.edu
/afs/urz.uni-magdeburg.de
/afs/wu-wien.ac.at
ibm.uk should not have appeared in the original list -- it's a cell
that seems to have no reachable active vlservers, but is a valid
cell from the CellServDB's perspective.
Sorry for any confusion.
