Oops, never mind.
wchuang has pointed out to me that @cellref starts numbering columns
from 0, rows from 1, so the fact that it doesn't produce the correct
value is because it's not looking where I expect it to. (of course,
if the help function on @cellref mentioned that, for us people
expecting similar x and y axes, that would be helpful, but that's
probably not a bug.
