"apropos mail" returns nothing about mh (VS2 6.0R)

Hi! I think I sent this in over the summer, but it still doesn't work,
so here it is again....
*Problem:
apropos mail
returns everything you could possibly want, except a reference to "mh"
(except in the listing for "xmh")
*Fix:
include an entry in /usr/man/whatis that says something like:
mh the MH message (mail) handling system
(or anything else that will do the job)
