Meeting MacZephyr already exists.

What should have happened?
I should have been able to add the meeting so I can more
easily determine that one of the meetings is redundant and should be
nuked on the server.
Yo, got any documentation, or other info?
Yeah, I got some documentation right here, for the person who
came up with the clever idea of having 2 meetings with only case
differences in the name. Just point the person in my direction.
