Dear Ken:

I am sorry you were inconvenienced by EZ dumping core on you.
I am doubly sorry that this happened at all, much less twice in three days.

The regretable consequence of operating programs that were written in C
is that sometimes internal errors in the program are only discovered
when the program core dumps during use by an end-user such as yourself.

Since ez died twice in three days, it seems to me that there may well be
some perfectly reasonable thing that you are doing that tickles a bug.

It is unfortunate that you supplied me only with the information that it
died. Without more information, I am powerless to help you further.

You say that it left a core behind. Did you save it somewhere? Can I
look at it?

Can you tell me ANYTHING about what you were doing when it died? EZ has
SO many functions inside, that finding a needle in a haystack is a
TRIVIAL problem compared to guessing what you might have been doing.

I hope that EZ does not mis-behave for you again.

But if it does, I am here to help if you are able to provide me with the
information I need to do so.
